CANCELLATION -
Returns are easy.Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible DTDC Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through DTDC, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.
REFUND -
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
